Herman Setya Budi was named President Director of Indonesian Tower in April 2010, succeeding Sakti Wahyu Trenggono in this roles. He is also Chief Executive Officer of Tower Bersama Group, a group of companies providing telecommunication infrastructure for the Indonesia’s wireless industry. Concurenty Herman is a President Director of Tower Bersama Infrastruktur, which makes him led a global organization of thousand employees. Prior to Tower Bersama, Herman served as President Director at PT. Mitra Investindo Tbk., a mining and trading company specializing in granite stones mining. He held his roles at PT Mitra Investindo Tbk., until now. Herman began his career as a Salesman in 1988 and since then his career has been rapidly rose. In less than 10 years he successfully achieved Managing Director position in PT. Finansia Multi Finance in 1997. |

Abdul Satar - Director of Operations

Abdul Satar serves as Director of Operations at Indonesian Tower. With a pioneering spirit, this graduate of economics from the Indonesian Christian University in Jakarta has shown himself to be a person who knows no surrender. Holds a Master degree in Management from SBM ITB, he decided the national capital was the place to develop his career further. Due to his abiding diligence, he became Development Manager for several property companies. Just five years later, he had moved up to become Development Director.
His impressive credentials as Operational Director in these companies recommended him for his current position at Indonesian Tower. During his responsibility as a Director of Operations, his thirst of knowledge earned him a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Indonesia University. |
Helmi Yusman Santoso - Director of Finance
Helmy Yusman Santoso has been a Director and Chief of Financial Officer since March 2010. Helmy is an Indonesian Citizen and he was awarded his degree of Bachelor of Economics specialization in Accounting from University of Trisakti and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Indonesia.
Prior to joining the Company in 2008, Helmy was the President Director of PT Astra Auto Finance (part of Astra Credit Companies Group). Helmy joined Astra in 2002 as part of PT Astra Sedaya Finance, a subsidiary of PT Astra International, and was associated with the Group for six years. During his time with Astra, Helmy was appointed to a number of Financial Controller and Division Head positions. Significant amongst these was Helmy’s position as the Head, Treasury & Finance Division, where he was in-charge of all fund raising activities including syndicated loans, bond issuance, cash management, and all treasury function within the companies.
Helmy started his professional career in 1997 at Arthur Andersen & Co. where he was a team leader for various general audit, business advisory and corporate finance projects. During his stint at Arthur Andersen & Co., Helmy managed a number of corporate structuring projects including Astra International debt restructuring and the merger of Bank Permata.
